In March 2017 Chris & Jules Ltd instructed NC Real Estate Ltd to sell their two storey industrial style building in Brixton. The property was sold ‘off market’ with the benefit of a positive ‘pre-app’ to convert the building into 9 luxury apartments and a 53sqm retail unit. The deal completed in June 2017, just 3 months after instruction.This is another example of professional, efficient agency and another happy client.
Major Pre-Let Agreed in East London
In May 2017 NC Real Estate again acted for the landowner to secure a major retailer in an off-plan pre-let deal. The retailer will take occupation of the 25,000sq.ft unit within the new development on completion in 2019/2020. The lease is for 15yrs at a very competitive £/sq.ft. rate for the location. The landowner had struggled previously to de-risk much of the commercial element but NC Real Estate provided a quick and valuable solution.

In December 2016 NC Real Estate acted for Quinata Global in the acquisition of this tenanted office building near Southampton. The building benefitted from PD rights to convert in to a 67-unit residential scheme. There is also scope for further planning gain should Quinata wish to pursue. The sellers were Emblem Properties.
